I really liked nothing in this hotel. Just wasted my money.
The receptionist was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. My check out time was extended until 2pm. It was a good value for money.
Room is good but the jacozy was in the middle of toilet and room and there is no propoer privacy

The hotel is located in the prime vicinity of Riyadh just beside the Kingdom Tower. The room was too spacious, well furnished, cozy and overall it was simply amazing. The receptionist helped me to check in early as per my request and I was lucky to get an upgrade. The basement parking had ample space to accommodate the guests vehicles.

The location is perfect, right in front of Kingdom Tower and close to other restaurants and cafes, just a 3-minute walk from the Riyadh Metro Station for the airport. The hotel staff is very humble. I requested a 2-hour extension for checkout due to my flight, and they kindly accommodated me.

The room was huge. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The air conditioning was good ((not too strong). The only issues was the wifi. The connectivity was intermittent.
